Why can’t I pick what’s in my bag?
The surprise factor is one of the most-loved features by our users! Since surplus food is unpredictable, our app offers a ‘Surprise Bag’ to help reduce waste while embracing this uncertainty. The best way to prevent good food from being thrown away is by allowing businesses to pack whatever is left at the end of the day, which can change daily.
When can I pick up my Surprise Bag?
Your Surprise Bag will be ready for pickup during the time slot shown on the store’s profile and in your order confirmation email. Pickup outside of this window isn’t possible. If you can’t make it, please cancel your order instead of contacting the store for alternative pickup times.

What if I miss my collection time?
Unfortunately, missed pickups are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?
Because surplus food varies daily, it’s difficult for stores to predict what will be available. Many stores do their best to accommodate dietary needs, but we can’t guarantee it. If you’re looking for vegetarian or vegan options, try using the "Vegetarian" and "Vegan" filters in the app. Just go to 'Browse' and tap the Filter button to refine your search.
